Thai Yoga is a great way for couples to practice giving and receiving as well as learning how to touch without expectation.
Not all touch needs to be sexual or sensual. Being able to touch for healing and relaxation is a wonderful gift.
In this form of body work, the giver maintains their own breath and alignment to avoid fatigue and anxious energy. The receiver learns to accept this gift by surrendering to gravity.
