Through the combination of videos and audio recordings of group classes, group discussions and one-on-one interviews, my hope is to to present the many facets of yoga that tend to get lost in our attempt to push ourselves and do more. Yoga can be practiced every day in every thing. Yoga is so much more than just a movement practice. I hope to present examples of that.
I'll interview individual people and groups of people and share the YOGA Talks discussions that happen every Wednesday at 7:30 pm at the studio!
